Jordan Henry, Founder & Principal
Jordan is a consulting leader who specializes in driving business growth and transformational change for clients. He has delivered projects across the utilities, technology, public health, non-profit, federal, and state government sectors, among others.
Before founding Circle Change Solutions, Jordan spent more than 10 years at Eagle Hill Consulting, most recently launching its Seattle office and leading firm-wide business development. Previously, he worked as an account executive at Groupon, Inc. and as GM of the Bethesda Big Train, a minor-league-style baseball team in Maryland.
Jordan and his family live in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Outside of work, he spends time chasing around his two kids and Corgi, building Legos, playing real and fantasy sports, and trying new restaurants.
